1️⃣ He puts God at the center, and you can see it in the cross around his neck.
2️⃣ He’s obsessed with ...education, as shown by the book in his hand.
3️⃣ Despite the big contract, he’s driving a Honda and walking humbly, knowing this moment won’t last forever.

He’s making money during the day—that’s called earning an income. But he knows true wealth is built while you sleep. He’s playing the long game, avoiding the fate of the 70% of NFL and NBA players who face bankruptcy within five years of retirement.

It’s not about the size of your paycheck; it’s about your mindset. You don’t need a $100M contract to win. My mom thrived on $9/hour because she understood the principles of building wealth.

Grant Cardone said buying a home was a mistake—and here’s where we disagree. Every wealthy person you know owns a home or has real estate in their portfolio. Funny enough, the same people telling you not to buy a home on TV and radio all own homes themselves.

Here’s the kicker: Grant... used the equity from that same house he’s criticizing to buy his apartment building.

The stats don’t lie—75% of white Americans own homes compared to just 40-44% of Black Americans. We need to close that gap. Not everyone will thrive in multifamily or commercial real estate, but everyone needs shelter. Owning a home gives you stability, equity, and the potential for appreciation, especially with income properties.

Let’s be real—homeownership is a solid deal. Let’s stop sending mixed messages.

Altadena, with its 81.5% Black homeownership—double the national average—has been a beacon of generational wealth. But recent tragedies have brought immense loss, with over 20 lives lost and more damage still being calculated. My heart goes out to those families.

In the aftermath, we ...must stay vigilant. Scammers and fraudsters will try to take advantage, targeting vulnerable homeowners with quick cash offers or fraudulent deeds. There’s also the risk of gentrification. Protect what you’ve built.

- SBA low-interest rebuilding loans (yes, even if you don’t own a small business)
- FEMA and American Red Cross aid
